Our distribution centers are operating at normal capacity; there are currently no interruptions of shipments leaving our warehouses.

If you choose to use UPS Ground Shipping:
- $10 flat rate shipping for orders over $500 (not including cabling accessories).
- Free shipping for orders over $1,500 (not including cabling accessories).
NO Cash Transaction in Person - Here is How to Pay
To do our part in curtailing the spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily NOT accepting cash in person. This is intended to stop the physical exchange of money, which could cause exposure to the virus.
We do accept cash via deposit. Please inquire with your sales representative if you’d like to arrange this option.
Our suggested method of payment is to establish a Credit Card on File with LTS. Inquire with your sales representative to fill out a Standing Credit Card Authorization Form. Once on file, your card will be charged upon sales order processing.
If you want to pick up locally, please first place your order online, by phone or by email, settle the payment, and obtain a Pick-up voucher issued by LTS accounting department. You then bring the voucher to an LTS office which still have will-call service to pick up your order.
We recommend providing the best phone number or email contact information to resolve any potential payment issues for prompt order processing.
How to Return or Exchange Products
If you have a technical-related issue, please contact our support first. If our support specialist determines a return or exchange is required, they will provide you an RMA ticket. Provide this RMA ticket to your sales representative and they will provide you an RMA number and assist you along the return process.
If you need to return a product for another reason, please call your sales representative for an RMA number. Your sales representative will help you complete the product return and exchange process.
Sales, Deals & Promotion
To make things easier on you during this difficult time, and to allow you to receive your product without visiting one of our branches, we have made adjustments to our shipping rates.
All orders over $500 (not including cabling accessories) will include $10 flat rate shipping.
All orders over $1,500 (not including cabling accessories) will include free shipping.

Technical Support & Customer Service
Our technical support remains available to you remotely. As we practice distancing measures, we are temporarily suspending in-person support appointments. Please feel free to reach our technical support specialists who are on hand, ready to serve your needs.

Rescheduling Expo & Events
Our in-house seminars, client consultations, and other gatherings have been temporarily suspended until further notice. In adherence with WHO, CDC, and local government guidelines, we are increasing social distancing and keeping physical gathering to a minimum.
However, we will be hosting virtual workshops and webinars. Look out for an update with a schedule for those events!
